Built For Florida Demands Since 2002

|

Our family started building this company in 2001, and since 2002 we’ve served Southwest Florida properties where a working irrigation system isn’t a luxury—it’s part of daily life. Florida heat doesn’t forgive neglected equipment, and the homeowners, businesses, and communities we work with can’t afford to find that out the hard way.

That history matters because dependable service isn’t built overnight. It comes from knowing the region, adapting as needs change, and staying connected to the people who rely on us year after year.

Take a look at the people and decisions behind the work we do today.

Repair-Minded From Day One

We began with residential repair work—a practical starting point that put us face to face with the problems local property owners actually encounter. As our work expanded to include irrigation installation, well pumps, pump station systems, landscape lighting, mosquito misting, water purification, and more, we kept that same repair-minded perspective. Every property has its own equipment, layout, and quirks, which is why we work with every make and model and take time to understand what’s happening before recommending a path forward.

Our company grew through a family partnership, with each person bringing something important to the table. As the video puts it, “He knew the business part, taught each other everything.” That willingness to learn, share knowledge, and take responsibility is still part of how we operate.

Today we’re still family-owned and operated, serving neighbors across Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Ft. Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte, Sarasota, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities. Long-term relationships with homeowners, small businesses, and community developments have shaped the way we show up for every call.

Technology That Works in the Field

In 2008, we moved from paper records to a digital system at a time when field technology was still unfamiliar to much of our industry. That wasn’t about chasing a trend. It gave our technicians better tools to build estimates and invoices on-site while keeping the whole team connected to the day’s work. As we put it, “The technology was new, but it did help us gain that edge.”

A broken sprinkler head or a stopped well pump can quickly disrupt a property. We plan our crews around current demand so we can offer same-day emergency repairs when available and next-day service when the work calls for it. Our technicians are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and every job comes with transparent estimates and strong warranties—no surprises, no hidden fees.

Two Decades In, and Still Raising the Bar

More than twenty years in Southwest Florida has taught us that outdoor systems need attention before problems become disruptive. Our Silver, Gold, and Platinum maintenance plans give property owners a straightforward way to keep their irrigation equipment in shape throughout the year, with benefits like priority scheduling and parts discounts built in. We’re also proud to be an authorized Hunter Industries dealer, which means we can bring some of the most advanced irrigation products available to the properties we serve. Our A+ Better Business Bureau rating and the fact that more than 95% of our customers would recommend us reflect the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.
