Austin had his work cut out for him! We purchased a home where the irrigation boxes were overrun by grass, he was able to find it within 2 hours, we tried for over a year! Austin was so friendly and talked through everything with me, he gave me recommendations and provided me with two quotes on the spot for repairs/replacements we need. When I called Coastal to come out and help, they scheduled us the same day! We ended up with a small hiccup after, and by the next morning I had Grant and Aaron at my door to help with the small problem, on a Saturday I might add. They also were very knowledgeable and kind and gave pointers on things we could do ourselves.

Coastal Irrigation originally gave me an estimate of $1,141.88 to hook into the reclaimed water for irrigation, but the final bill came out to $1,600+ because they said that they ran into some problems while doing the work, but since they didn't let me know that beforehand and get it approved by me, I complained about it and they reduced it down to the original estimate, saving me about $500. It's very hard to find a company doing business like that. They have gained my trust for future business.
