Called for service, they sent a technician (Torie) out to fix a bunch of broken heads and to make some slight adjustments. She removed programs I didn’t know I had that were confusing my controller. They sent a text that they were on the way, and Torie made a call after the text to let me know when she would arrive. Pricing was explained prior to any repairs being made. Torie got my system going again and explained the program changes she made… we also discussed zone timing, length of watering, and came up with a game plan to get my yard looking good again. A+ job to Torie!!! She was personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Austin had his work cut out for him! We purchased a home where the irrigation boxes were overrun by grass, he was able to find it within 2 hours, we tried for over a year! Austin was so friendly and talked through everything with me, he gave me recommendations and provided me with two quotes on the spot for repairs/replacements we need. When I called Coastal to come out and help, they scheduled us the same day! We ended up with a small hiccup after, and by the next morning I had Grant and Aaron at my door to help with the small problem, on a Saturday I might add. They also were very knowledgeable and kind and gave pointers on things we could do ourselves.
