Caesar did an excellent job clearing the overgrown grass so the sprinkler heads could pop up unobstructed. He noticed the billowing sand indicating an underground leak and repaired the leak, eliminating extra connections that could potentially leak in the future. He adjusted the spray heads and discussed other watering options I will pursue in the near future. I was extremely pleased with his service.

I have been a loyal customer to this company for 15 years
About a month and a half ago I had my monthly service maintenance done on my sprinklers. I was not happy with the service. I found was quite strange, so I called and complained about it. They said they would send someone out ASAP to check. This was at 3 p.m. and I was like, right. I get a call from Aaron and Chris that they would be over in about 30 minutes. I was like, you know it's almost 5 p.m. and a thunderstorm was coming in; you can come the next day. Nope, they were on their way, rain or shine. They were here till 7:30 (yes, in the rain, and thank goodness it was not heavy). Next day, Aaron was back with the original tech, who was a newbie; they had to finish the job. I watched Aaron show him what was done and guided him how to do it and what needed to be done. To be honest, I was so impressed by this more than anything. It was the kindness and the patience given in shaping the young man for future with their company.
After that I had them put in a little irrigation system for my vegetable garden, and a week later I decided to have them do lawn and pest control (tired of doing it myself and did not work).
A month and two treatments later, my vegetable garden is doing great and my lawn is great; only thing I do is mow my lawn and plant and let Coastal do the rest.
I have been a loyal customer to this company for 15 years and will be for another 15 years.
