Austin was so friendly
Austin had his work cut out for him! We purchased a home where the irrigation boxes were overrun by grass, he was able to find it within 2 hours, we tried for over a year! Austin was so friendly and talked through everything with me, he gave me recommendations and provided me with two quotes on the spot for repairs/replacements we need. When I called Coastal to come out and help, they scheduled us the same day! We ended up with a small hiccup after, and by the next morning I had Grant and Aaron at my door to help with the small problem, on a Saturday I might add. They also were very knowledgeable and kind and gave pointers on things we could do ourselves.

Courtney, the office manager, was also a very friendly, professional person and helpful with the issues I had with the City of Cape Coral. The technician, Conner, was on time, if not early, for the appointments. Conner is very knowledgeable. Hopefully he is a valued employee. They Have Gained My Trust
Coastal Irrigation originally gave me an estimate of $1,141.88 to hook into the reclaimed water for irrigation, but the final bill came out to $1,600+ because they said that they ran into some problems while doing the work, but since they didn't let me know that beforehand and get it approved by me, I complained about it and they reduced it down to the original estimate, saving me about $500. It's very hard to find a company doing business like that. They have gained my trust for future business.

Connor was able to diagnose the issue and thoroughly explained what the issue was and what was needed to fix the issue. Connor also went above and beyond to locate a leak that was under the driveway. Coastal Irrigation should be proud to have someone like Connor working for them. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. Connor was able to locate other issues and gave us a game plan on fixing the issue. The sprinklers work, but still need some attention.
